The intense conditions reduced visibility to near zero for several hours, making travel nearly impossible. Snowfall totals in northeast Oklahoma ranged from 4 to 6 inches, with isolated areas receiving 6 to 10 inches. The heaviest snow primarily fell in two distinct bands—one stretching from western Pawnee County into central Osage County and another from Okmulgee County to Craig County.
